Richard J. Banta

I am a sole practitioner with a focus on litigation, and an emphasis on criminal law.  I have been in practice for over 35 years.  During this time I have built up relationships with other attorneys that practice in all areas of the law.  I have also developed relationships with investigators and experts in a variety of disciplines that support my practice.

These relationships allow me to offer to all my clients the same level of service that is provided by much larger and more expensive law firms.  I am able to add a big dose of the personal touch for each clients legal situation.  I work closely with my clients to fashion a suitable resolution of the legal issues they are facing. I strongly believe the attorney/client relationship should leave both sides better for having partnered to solve whatever legal situation brought them together.
